We're delighted to be helping them hire the newly created role of Head of Colleague Proposition and Inclusion.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal leadership role, providing strategic support to the Director of People, and have succession potential for their role. The essence of the opportunity is to shape, develop and implement a wide range of strategies which create a great colleague experience balanced with commercial imperatives.
Working closely with the Head of Learning, Head of HR, Talent Lead and Heads of Functions, you will develop targeted, high-impact engagement, ED&I, recognition and well-being strategies to support the attraction, development and retention of talent throughout the entire colleague life cycle reflecting the Society's diverse customer base. You will help shape and extend the employer brand and its reach and, through your experience, insight and collaboration, will develop a purposeful, sustainable and attractive colleague value proposition.
You will bring significant, broad HR experience, ideally from customer centric organisations, giving you a deep understanding of how modern approaches to engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and recognition can improve colleague experience and create organisational value.
You well be networked in this space with like-minded practitioners, have significant experience of influencing internal stakeholders and have a passion for knowledge and innovation, developing new approaches to reflect modern ways of working.
From a personal perspective, we're looking for a self-confident, persuasive, collaborative team leader, someone who is used to working with ambiguity and at pace. You will have the gravitas and credibility to be quickly valued by the senior leadership team.
As would be expected in a financial services business such as this, all members of the HR leadership team will need to be comfortable with the in-depth data analysis and insight to inform decisions and planning.
