We have a current opportunity for a Recruitment & Resourcing Advisor on a permanent basis, within a specialist consulting organisation. The Recruitment Advisor will support the development of a talent acquisition strategy and lead it's regional execution (UK & APAC). As Resourcing Manager, you will ensure that the right people are on the right projects are the right time.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all recrutiment in the region from entry level to senior leadership - conducting role scoping, crafting job specs, sourcing and screening, conducting interview and offer processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and agencies / headhunters
  • Partner with the Head of HR and COO to ensure recruitment strategies support business growth plans
  • Liasing with Development Managers to ensure that staffing and resourcing decisions reflect consultants' development needs
  • Owning a talent pool of subcontractors, interims and freelancers

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a recruitment or staffing (resourcing) role within a professional services firm
  • Knowledge of graduate hiring cycles would be a bonus
  • Experience of incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion priorities into recruitment and resourcing
  • Knowledge of right to work requirements for international candidates coming to work in the UK
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
