OD & Wellbeing Advisor, Great Yarmouth, circa 22-25k pro-rata (3 month, perm possibilities), Healthcare Sector

Your new company
Based in Great Yarmouth, my client is looking for an HR professional with experience of OD to work within their OD & Wellbeing department to help them deliver their ambition of developing and supporting their staff to be their very best! With your aid, they wish to develop their services, improve their staff engagement, and increase the wellbeing factors of the organisation.

Your new role

With assistance from the OD & Wellbeing manager, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing sessions, and organising, analysing ,and monitoring the annual wellbeing plan. As part of your responsibilities, you'll also be teaching and supporting both education, and one-to-one wellbeing sessions, working together with the HR teams to ensure the offerings have a positive impact of the HR metrics.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for defining report requirements, creating a report schedule, and developing audit parameters for monitoring the L&D functions performance, quality of service and organisational KPI's.

You will need to be available at short notice for a 3-month temporary role. Then you can also be considered for the substantive post.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need to have a background in organisational development and be available for a temporary role. Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate the following key behavioural skills; you'll be courteous, respectful, attentive, kind and helpful, as well as being a responsive communicator. Additionally, you'll be a knowledgeable professional who is organised, motivated, and ambitious.
