An opportunity to join a leading distribution company who are going through a significant time of growth. They currently have a vacancy for a contact HR Assistant to join an established team. Our client has a strong reputation for customer service and as they continue to grow they need to recruit and develop the right people. The role will see the successful candidate working on a project over a 6 month period

Your new role

As a HR Assistant , you will be responsible for the completion of an HR project. You will provide an effective support to both the HR Advisor and Regional HR Manager.The role will see the successful candidate involved in a change project, and will be responsible for core elements and ensuing delivery and on time completion.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience within a similar HR Assistant position .Excellent IT skills and experience of HR Systems. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards. Previous experience within the logistics and supply chain sector would be highly desirable, as would exposure to a unionised environment. Excellent relationship building skills.
