Your new role
You will be an experienced HR Generalist and you will manage 4-5 HR & Administration professionals. You will manage the day-to-day HR operations including ER cases, TUPE, Policies, staff surveys and the recruitment process. You will manage, influence and coach internal / external employees / stakeholders. This role is 4dpw/25hpw, Hybrid role (max 1.5dpw in the office), HO Exeter, 24 sites, £33,500pa pro rata (based on 4dpw/25hpw £22,323kpa).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Generalist, with line management experience and a minimum L5 CIPD qualification. You will need to have strong employment law knowledge, experience of writing/updating policies, TUPEs, recruitment as well as experience of managing ER cases. You will be a strong team leader who can coach and guide colleagues and managers. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be a pro-active and knowledgeable HR professional.
