Description
Supporting the Head of HR by leading on the full spectrum of ER issues across the organisation
Supporting Managers on ER issues, providing advice, coaching and other necessary guidance
Providing ad hoc advice and support to the broader HR team
Profile
Demonstrable experience of managing the full spectrum of ER issues in an educational setting (OFSTED)
