Your new role
You'll be involved in the HR team, which is a global function, providing a full range of HR support to all Trading's offices. They are a collaborative and dynamic team that embrace the Trading culture of working hard whilst embracing and enjoying the challenges of their roles. The Senior Recruitment Advisory role is responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, inclusive of the graduate programme.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience managing in-house recruitment, agency experience would be advantageous with a background in financial services / trading roles. You'll have had experience with the full 360 recruitment cycle from junior talents to more senior roles. You'll be interested in showing your knowledge with project work tailored to your skill set and strengths.
What you'll get in return
Based on experience the salary is 65k-70k plus involved in a bonus scheme that's not tied to the business performance of between 15-20%. Office is based in Victoria and you'll have a hybrid work to life balance of 3 days in the office with optional remote working subject to business requirements
