Client Details
Global Consultancy business based in the West Midlands to help them recruit a Recruitment Lead.
Description
- Mentoring, coaching and motivating recruitment teams/hiring managers
- In depth understanding of the UK technology labour market
- Able to think strategically on how to handle recruitment challenges and implement actions plans
- Detailed understanding of the RPO model of recruitment delivery and preferably some knowledge working with RPO partners
- Analyse and present market data to report trends
- No candidate sourcing is required in this role
Profile
- Ideally from a Technology or Consultancy background
- Able to advise colleagues on recruitment best practices
- Drive collaborative behaviours across the business
- Able to influence senior stake holders and hiring managers
- Experience in strategic recruitment delivery and innovation within the Technology sector
