An Insurance firm based in London seeks a Senior Reward Analyst to provide expert reward and benefits advice and supports on a wide range of reward projects as well as BAU related activities and act as a technical advisor to support the International business on activities including benchmarking, analysis, job levelling, salary range development, development of specific/local reward initiatives, benefits management and delivery of the annual reward cycle.

Description

A Senior Reward Analyst to:

  • Assist on the preparations for, and execution of, the Annual Compensation Review including all modelling activities, management reporting and market data analysis/submissions.
  • Manage the completion of a variety of different external salary and benefit surveys by which the company can identify and monitor its relative position in the market, and make any necessary adjustments to prevailing practice in order to attract and retain talent.
  • Lead on designated Reward projects, including the support of, set-up and management of a job evaluation framework (WTW) and grading system across the business.
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on specific pay and benefits issues as required, supporting the implementation of frameworks as appropriate and ensuring compliance to guidelines and processes.
  • Partner with the Finance team on the on-going accrual process.
  • Provide support in the preparation, review and inception of all new and integrated benefit plans alongside the Annual Renewal Process, ensuring all deadlines and data requirements are met.
  • Contributes to the design of effective reward tools and processes to aid managers in the consistent and fair reward of their employees.
  • Supports the Reward Manager in the integration and alignment of reward initiatives as appropriate.
  • Contributes to the implementation and management of reward policies and procedures within our client.
  • Comply with our client's procedures, policies and regulations as relevant to remit.
  • Ensure you complete all mandatory and job specific training requirements in line with the required time frames.
  • Fully participate in all applicable fitness and proprietary and Performance Review processes. Promptly advise your line manager/HR as to any matter that may be relevant and/or impact your ability to perform in your role.
  • Other duties may be assigned in order to meet the on-going needs of the organisation.

A Senior Reward Analyst with:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of working in reward in an international company/division with employees located in different countries.
  • Willis Towers Watson job evaluation experience
  • Experienced across the HR spectrum but particularly so in the areas of compensation and benefits; job evaluation and incentivisation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (essential) and PowerPoint
  • Well organised with the ability to consistently deliver whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate confidently and articulately at all levels
  • Personal resilience and tenacity
  • Analytical and able to read and use data to make informed decisions
