The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process across a broad range of roles including Finance and IT. You will managing internal stakeholder relationships, deliver on recruitment requirements, provide effective recruitment solutions, and manage the full interview and offer process.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an experienced recruiter, ideally within the professional services with some exposure to IT and Finance recruitment, or similar. You must be fluent in both English and Lithuanian. You can be based in either the UK or Lithuania as this is predominantly a home based role.
The Talent Acquisition Partner role is a permanent position with lots of opportunity to develop into a management role.
Salary c£40k or the equivalent in Euros
