Recruitment Business Partner role covering the West Region

Client Details

Large Healthcare organisation

Description

As Recruitment Business Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Managing a small team of 2-3 people (Resourcers and Recruitment Administrators)
  • Manage end to end high volume (c.40-60 roles a month) recruitment function for the West Region (from advertising, pre-screening, interviews, offer management up to onboarding)
  • Build solid relationships with hiring managers across the region
  • Support in the implementation of new ATS system in December
  • Support with the implementation of the recruitment strategy in terms of local recruitment planning
  • Deliver Hiring Manager and Selection skills training sessions on recruitment best practice

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have significant experience recruiting in a fast paced high volume environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to coach and influence
  • Ideally with H&SC background or a similar sort of regulated environment
  • Exposure to workforce planning
  • Willing to travel across the region
  • Management experience desirable

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is;

  • Base salary c. £40k
  • Car allowance £4k
  • Hybrid working model (2-3 days on sites and 2-3 days from home)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to frequently travel across the West Region to various sites.
