HR Project Lead - Stevenage - Hourly Rate
Our client is a commercial organisation, well known in its field and has a vacancy for a HR Project Lead until April 2022.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be involved in the following:-
- Organisational design including grading structure and job evaluation
- Reward and Benefits - working with external supplier to conduct salary and benefits benchmarking
- Time & Attendance implementation - standardisation of terms and conditions
- Review of worker engagement models
It is essential that you have the following:-
- Blend of reward/organisation design experience with a business partnering approach
- Experience to lead with confidence, make recommendations and influence key stakeholders whilst "rolling up your sleeves"
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team
