Oakleaf are currently searching for an Early Careers Recruiter to join our global Insurance client on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time of growth for the early careers team, the successful candidate will play an integral role partnering with the key stakeholders to develop and deliver the full early careers recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in collaboration with hiring managers across the business to establish the early career sourcing and hiring strategy
- Partnering with universities to build relationships and establish good connections
- Creating a robust pipeline of candidates to deliver on volume recruitment
- Providing an excellent candidate experience engaging with graduates
- Managing the end to end recruitment process, providing a seamless experience to candidates and hiring managers
- Influencing and educating hiring managers with best practice and diversity & inclusion strategy
- A focus on the recruitment for graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes
Key Skills:
- Experience of Early Careers/ Graduates in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Confident communication skills and the ability to present acting as a company ambassador
- Knowledge of the graduate recruitment employee lifecycle
