People Assistant required for a six month fixed term contract for a Real Estate and Property company based in London.

You will provide comprehensive HR support to the People Advisor and offer generalist advice, coaching and support for all UK managers. You will assist with people and culture initiatives, payroll and drive higher engagement and performance throughout the company.

As People Assistant you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers and providing confidential and professional HR advice, across all HR areas.

Profile

The successful People Assistant for this Real Estate and Property company will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven track record in delivering high value generalist HR support within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills and numerical skills
  • Have an adaptable approach to work with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • UK employment law knowledge
  • Excellent excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of Bamboo HR is desirable

Job Offer

This People Assistant role is a six month fixed term contract. It is highly likely this role will become permanent.

  • Competitive salary paying up to £30,000 depending on experience.
  • London based
  • Hybrid working
  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm
