The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for providing full HR administrative support to ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Client Details

Our client are a large food manufacturing organisation based in South Yorkshire. They have over 4,000 dedicated employees working across their 15 manufacturing sites within the UK. They are now looking for a HR Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Description

The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out all HR administrative processes including offer letter/contracts, processing leavers, contract changes/amendments, references and maternity/paternity
  • Inputting into the HR Portal 'MyHR' specific employee information including starters, leavers, and other amendments relating to changes in employee details
  • Using SAP as and where necessary
  • Assisting with recruitment processes
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy with respect to employee salary details
  • Monitoring shared HR inbox and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner

Profile

The successful HR Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, working within a fast moving and busy department
  • CIPD Level 3 (they will fund a Level 5)
  • Strong capabilities of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work on own initiative, work to tight deadlines and organise information well

Job Offer

Full Time and Permanent Role + £25k + 33 days leave including Bank Holidays + Company Shop & Reduced Groceries
