Permanent Part-Time HR BP, Full-Time Equiv salary £44,000-£45,200 -Milton Keynes-Hybrid.

Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Part-Time HR BP, you will be part of a large HR team, who work collaboratively and will be a true HR Generalist, for the professional services division, covering both HR operational and strategic duties.
Supporting high performers, promotion and career development, personal development, performance improvement, engagement strategies and succession planning.
Delivering customer service excellence in all HR matters including policy & legal advice; recruitment campaigns, selection, contractual changes; fixed term contract management, handling of grievance, capability and conduct matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR BP level, both strategic and operational. You must have experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders. You must have experience managing succession planning and employee engagement initiatives. You will ideally be MCIPD Qualified or equivalent.
