They are looking for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their team and offer support with all recruitment administration and onboarding.

Description

The main duties of the HR/Recruitment Administrator are:

  • Manage all candidate applications
  • Monitor applications received and make sure candidate's applications are processed efficiently
  • Upload CV's onto HR system
  • Record all candidate information accurately onto Workday database
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
  • Provide first line support for all enquiries
  • Manage the vacancy adverts on multiple job-boards
  • Keep the adverts refreshed on a regular basis to ensure attracting new candidates
  • Carry out all admin duties with regards to compliance and document checks

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, ideally as an Administrator / Resourcer
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
  • Customer focused approach
  • Excellent computer skills with accurate keyboard skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software Workday or CRM system
  • European language skill would be highly beneficial (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Norweigian)

Working Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm
