A brilliant and newly created Senior Learning Partner role is available with a prestigious Investment Bank. The business have over 4000 employees globally and 1000 of these are based in London. The role will report directly into the Head of Performance and Talent Development, will work closely with peers in the L&D Team and will also manage two individuals (one Project Manager and an Associate).
This is a role with a global remit and has been created in order to deliver quality learning solutions/interventions to the junior-mid level manager population who during Covid have had their development stalled but it is now time to really ramp things up for them.
The role will enhance and improve the current offering, be a true trusted partner to the business for learning needs, coach the business on new methods of learning, have over sight of all programmes and curriculum, look at linkages and career paths and will develop and implement learning strategy with support from Head of Performance and Talent Development.
In addition to the learning offering this role will specialise the successful candidate will also manage two individuals and help to grow them.
We are looking for candidates with deep experience in the Learning space. Financial Services is great but other sectors such as Professional Services will also be considered. Candidates will be commercially minded and understand the purpose of L&D within an organisation. They will have excellent relationship skills, be engaging, knowledgeable and insightful. Most importantly candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their breadth and depth across L&D.
