Morgan Philips are partnering with a major brand who are searching for a HR Admin Manager to join them on a perm basis paying up to £55,000 per annum.

 

The role of HR Admin Manager will be to lead a team of a team of Shared Service Administrators to deliver HR administration tasks in a timely, efficient and effective manner ensuring an outstanding employee and line manager experience. The role involves a breadth of complexities ranging from answering team questions on policy to representing the department in workshops, and designing systems and processes.

 

·         Provide line management and leadership support to HR Admin team

·         Resource planning to ensure the team meets operating targets and enable planning for routine priorities and peak activity events

·         Ensure the provision of a first class service to internal customers by resolving 2nd stage escalations

·         Represent the HR department by building and maintaining relationships with a multitude of stakeholders

·         Manage continuous improvement initiatives including HRIS implementation and further automation of processes

·         Manage workstreams and projects providing the required expertise, focus and drive to achieve efficiencies and implement new ways of working.

·         Work with data analyst and Senior HR Admin team to achieve and maintain an effective data governance process, tracking error rates and identifying route causes of issues, ensuring data integrity and continuous maintenance

·         Monitor company policies interpreting and implementing required changes to processes and communications to ensure compliance and efficient completion of the process.

·         Develop and build a first line advice provision for line managers, including policy guidance, occupational health referrals and standard employee relations (disciplinaries, grievances etc)

·         Manage line manager compliance with HR admin processes including submission of HR requests such as new starters/leavers in a timely manner to ensure we avoid advances/exceptional payments and a poor employee experience, escalating as appropriate

 

·         The successful candidate will be Level 7 CIPD qualified with a demonstrable record of improvement projects completed.  You will have HR Shared service experience in a large commercial organisation, experience of HR Information Systems design and implementation and detailed knowledge of employment legislation.  You will also have excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to work with large volumes of data, will be resilient with the ability to deliver against demanding deadlines and should work with confidentiality and total discretion.
