Our client is looking for an HR Operations Manager to join their HR department. You will be key in owning and driving all HR Operational processes - making improvements and providing the basis for a successful HR offering and service to our clients internal stakeholders. You will lead the renewal of all employee lifecycle operational processes from an employee experience perspective. You will also be the HR analytics expert for the organisation and will provide data for reporting, due diligence projects and audits.


Key Duties:
Lead, develop and engage the HR Operations Team (2 direct reports), ensuring the highest standards of support are provided to the business
Review, re-engineer, document & ensure adoption of core processes to eliminate waste, improve service delivery, increase automation and ensure strong HR ownership of employee lifecycle processes and delivery of a sound EVP
Re-engineer new hire vetting, immigration and onboarding processes
First point of contact with external systems vendors and support providers
Ownership of HR data quality in particular as maintained in the HRIS
Provision of standard and ad hoc reporting as required by external regulators and internal stakeholders (e.g. Gender Pay reporting).


Knowledge, skills and experience required:


Action oriented self-starter - can take responsibility for an entire project, process or programme
Systems thinker who is also able to pay close attention to detail and ensure high accuracy
Bachelors degree, ideally in Business Studies, Human Resources or a related field
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
Previous experience of leading an operational HR service line(s), ideally full employee life cycle provision
Team leadership and development experience
Knowledge and proven experience of new process design and implementation
Proven change management experience
Previous vendor management experience
Strong HR systems implementation experience, and in particular requirements definition, process configuration, security design, reporting design, data standards definition, support service and upgrade management
Excellent skills in the use of Excel and reporting tools
