INTERIM TALENT ATTRACTION MANAGER (EMPLOYER BRAND) - 6 MONTH FTC
Our client is looking for an Interim Talent Attraction Manager (Employer Brand) to join their team on a 6-month FTC.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction experience gained in a global matrix environment where you will have led on a variety of employer branding projects
- Copywriting, social media content and comms skills
- Strong data analytics
- interpret and story telling
- Hybrid working (can be flexible)
- £57,000-£62,000 per annum salary equivalent
- ASAP start date
- 6-month commitment (strong potential to go perm)
In this exciting and unique opportunity, you to assist the Global Talent Acquisition Team with the current projects relating to Employer Brand which include use of social channels pilot, website build, digital technology, and more to attract the future talent the business needs for global future success of this exciting globally renowned brand. You will be responsible for the build of the careers' website, launching social channels and designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies globally.
The successful candidate
With a proven background in Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction gained in a global matrix environment where you will have led on a variety of employer branding projects at pace. You will be able to demonstrate strong copywriting, social media content and comms skills as well as strong data analytics - with the ability to interpret and story tell.
You will need strong social media experience and preferably knowing the metrics behind each platform. You will be expected to use their CMS platform (Content Stack) to be responsible for building web pages, site navigation along with content creation. The client is willing to wait for the right candidate but ideally wants someone to start ASAP. Successful candidates will be expected to join their fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
