With the UK Consumer Division Head Office located in the West Midlands, this is a perfect opportunity for Midlands based Resourcing candidates to work for a world leader in its field.

Description

Key Responsibilities will include

Define and execute an active sourcing strategy, in partnership with corporate recruiters.

Identify and engage with targeted candidates, to stimulate interest and inspire their interest

Create a leading in-house Direct Sourcing capability - leveraging all available candidate identification and attraction tools.

Build a talent pipeline with passive candidates

Produce timely and accurate reports against sourcing KPI's.

Profile

We are looking for

An expert in sourcing, sourcing models & talent attraction strategies.

An excellent relationship builder, the stakeholder management in this role is vital to its success

In-house or RPO experience in volume sourcing

The ability to manage fast paced and busy projects

Some people management experience

Ideally some overseas experience
