Reporting into the HR Systems Manager, this role will work within the central HR Services team providing systems and administrative support. The role will continuously look to improve ways of working through analysing and improving processes and the use of HR systems.

My client is a leading Professional Services firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of a new global HR system
  • Analyse HR data - produce reports, stats and dashboards
  • Prepare, manipulate, and present data using a range of tools
  • Ensure HR data is regularly cleansed and maintained
  • Liaise with other regions to gather information for reports
  • Prepare mass mail merge via letter and email
  • Contribute to People projects as required
  • Respond to mailbox queries as and when required

Profile

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with a range of HR systems including Oracle
  • Experience of data presentation and analysis using a range of tools
  • Experience of working in a busy HR Shared Service environment
  • An interest in project management and Lean six sigma
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
