HR ADVISOR (12 MONTH FTC, PART TIME) (0677)
We are currently looking to attract a HR Advisor on a part time basis to cover a 12 month fixed term contract in Manchester or London. We have 2 positions available on a full time and part time (4 days per week) basis.
The focus of the role will be to provide comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to line managers and employees across the firm on all aspects of HR. This will cover employee relations cases, flexible working, parental leave, sickness absence, conduct and capability. It will also include involvement in a range of ongoing HR projects.
The ability to build strong and credible relationships with line managers and employees is a key success for this role. The HR advisor will support the development and coaching of line managers to get the best out of our people.
We are keen to attract candidates that have up to date knowledge of employment law combined with strong technical HR knowledge. Previous experience of identifying improvements to processes and using a commercial approach to problem solving is also important. This role requires CIPD qualification or equivalent and we are happy to consider candidates currently working towards this.
