HR BP role covering 2 divisions within the business
Client Details
The client is a large healthcare organisation
Description
As HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the two business divisions
- Provide expert HR guidance and support
- Management of x2 HR Advisors/Officers
- Generalist HR remit including ER (including complex cases) succession planning, TUPE, restructuring and wider HR projects
- Work closely with other HR BPs, Recruitment, L&D, Finance, Payroll and IT
- Manage Union relationships
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- Ideally CIPD L5 qualified (or QBE)
- Previous experience as a Business Partner within a fast paced environment
- Used to dealing with high volumes
- Driving License
- Able to travel across the UK, some overnight stays as required
- Commercially minded
- Resilient
- Able to work autonomously
- Experience supporting with implementation of People Strategy
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- Competitive salary of up to £45,000
- Car allowance £3,600
- Mileage c. 20p per mile
- Home based 1-2 days per week and 2-3 days travelling to sites
