HR BP role covering 2 divisions within the business

Client Details

The client is a large healthcare organisation

Description

As HR BP you will be responsible for;

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the two business divisions
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support
  • Management of x2 HR Advisors/Officers
  • Generalist HR remit including ER (including complex cases) succession planning, TUPE, restructuring and wider HR projects
  • Work closely with other HR BPs, Recruitment, L&D, Finance, Payroll and IT
  • Manage Union relationships

Profile

The successful candidate will be;

  • Ideally CIPD L5 qualified (or QBE)
  • Previous experience as a Business Partner within a fast paced environment
  • Used to dealing with high volumes
  • Driving License
  • Able to travel across the UK, some overnight stays as required
  • Commercially minded
  • Resilient
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Experience supporting with implementation of People Strategy

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is;

  • Competitive salary of up to £45,000
  • Car allowance £3,600
  • Mileage c. 20p per mile
  • Home based 1-2 days per week and 2-3 days travelling to sites
  • Pension
