As Senior People Manager, you will work in partnership with the business to create and drive people excellence. You will work closely Chief People Officer to manage all of the day-to-day operations of the HR function as well as supporting on transformational strategic projects.

Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of running the day-to-day function, including onboarding, queries and payroll
  • Manage and sustain strategic initiatives and agendas to create authentic, productive and unifying company wide programmes and events
  • Advise and lead on ethical, direct and best practice people management, endorsing a proactive and preventative approach by creating clarity, accountability and feedback
  • Work closely with the Head of People on projects and strategy, including change management and scaling initiatives.
  • Provide weekly and monthly operational reporting, identifying risks, opportunities and impacts, as well as presenting analysis and recommendations towards creating high performance

Profile

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable strategic understanding, and operational delivery, of people agendas covering attraction, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, talent management and organisational change and development including culture change and development
  • Proven capability of operating as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership and executive team
  • Significant experience of leading organisations, senior managers and teams through organisational change driving a performance culture and developing high performing leaders, employees and teams
  • Experience in a start up and transformation company, or SME company size
  • SaaS business and/or international experience desireable
