Oakleaf are supporting a big 4 professional services firm to grow their newly formed Centre of Excellence team. The Organisation Change and Design programme manager will work across all Service Lines to project manage or provide support on Talent workstream for organisational change programs in response to the Firms growth agenda such as reorganisations, TUPE (both in and out, Mergers, Acquisitions, headcount restructures and redundancies.

Key responsibilties:

  • Provide sound and pragmatic advice on any change programs up to Partner level.
  • End to end management of programs that will include, but not be limited to, attendance and participation at formal planning meetings, leading people elements of the projects and preparation of all associated documentation to ensure legislation consultation requirements are met
  • Works closely with Strategic Talent BP's and to shape, plan and deliver change programmes across Service Lines
  • Analyse and assess the risks associated with individual programs, including the impact on the individuals, teams and wider business
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders including by setting expectations, communicating status, analysing issues, responding to concerns and providing support throughout the process by applying commercial and pragmatic thought to available solutions
  • Support Cross Service line HR Leader and HR Managers to provide coaching and support to HR Advisors other Talent colleagues to upskill on their program change knowledge
  • Attend regular Talent meetings, where applicable or schedule own project meetings

Ideally, you will have:

  • Hands on experience of programme management of the HR aspects of organisational change programmes and dealing with complex reorganisations, Acquisitions, TUPEs, redundancies
  • Highly skilled HR Management skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex situations and advise business.
  • Deal with senior leadership team stakeholders with limited support or guidance
  • Lead complex people change programs in a matrix environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law

To be considered for this role you must be able to show where you have dealt with a busy workload in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities and with attention to detail where there are competing demands on workload and deliverables. THis would really suit an HR generalist or HR Business Parter who has worked in an environment with lots of change, and really enjoys this element of HR
