A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Inhouse Global Mobility Manager in a leading banking institution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in International Mobility with senior moves. You will be the key member to assist with the strategic piece and monitor a team. The role reports to the International Mobility VP.

This role would suit a corporate minded professional with strong communication skills. You should be an expert in international mobility processes including experience with immigration/visa requirement and providing relocation advice.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensures compliance with in-house Global Mobility policy
  • Build relationships and credibility with key partners and staff across the network
  • Establish commercial relationship with other external provers and vendors
  • Ensure the firm is immigration and regulatory compliant in our international mobility cases, and advise HR colleagues on relevant practice and processes in respect to immigration
  • Provide coaching to HR team to have quality and compliant conversations with their stakeholders
  • Ensure timely review and payment of all vendor invoices
  • Generation and review of assignment documentation


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional client service and relationship building skills and commercially aware
  • Strong experience in Global Mobility essential ,ideally from in-house, law
  • Highly organised and strong project management skills
  • Strong numeracy and spreadsheet skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Up to date UK immigration knowledge is desirable
  • Strong internal client service focus and client relationship management skills
