Systems Advisor

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a highly regarded UK law firm in the City on an HRIS position. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing the HR Team's MI offering to the business
  • Designing, producing and analysing HR management information using Excel and other reporting tools
  • Producing ad-hoc reports for the Management Board, HR Team, and Departmental Managing Partners; ensuring accurate and timely presentation and distribution.
  • To be a super-user of the HR system, acting as the first point of contact for any queries and training.
  • Support firm-wide Knowledge Management in the implementation of new initiatives

Experience required for this role includes:

  • Business services experience within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Clear speaking, listening and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay focused and organised.
  • An experienced HR Officer with a systems emphasis or an existing specialist.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in Knowledge Management systems and search technology desirable
