Our client are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable HR Administrator to join them on a full time, temporary basis. The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for end to end recruitment processes including on-boarding to inducting, and also carrying out general HR administrative duties.
Our client is a well-established industrial organisation based in Dewsbury. The HR Administrator will join a talented HR function who are overseen by a dynamic, forward thinking HRD who values progression and development.
The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for End to End Recruitment Processes including: sourcing, on boarding, and inducting new starters and HR Administrative duties including processing leavers, salary changes, paternity and maternity pay, and employee benefits.
The successful HR Administrator will have:
* Extensive experience within HR Administration, with the ability to follow key HR policies and procedures
* Ability to prioritise work load, and work in a fast paced environment
* Resilience, with the ability to work on own initiative and hit the ground running
A full-time, permanent contract with a salary up to £25,000 + Development opportunities
