Description

The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultants are being first point of contact for candidates, driving engagement and promoting the brand, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, providing regular updates regarding roles and vacancies within the team, keeping up to date on frameworks and pay structures, driving marketing campaigns, working on various projects and liaising with clients. The roles are based in Manchester.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

• experience in a sales or recruitment background
• excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• self-motivated, professional and target-driven
• enthusiasm for learning and delivering first class service
• computer literacy with MS Office

Job Offer
