We are recruiting for a private commercial business for a specialist Early Careers Candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is really passionate about this space and somebody who would be excited by going into a brand new role and effectively setting everything up from scratch.
Your new role
This role will be responsible for setting, implementing and leading the Early Careers Strategy for the business aligned to the overarching Talent Strategy. This will involve running our Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes, maximizing government programmes such as Kick Start and building external talent networks with the support of the Talent Acquisition team. A significant part of this work will be aligning suitable Early Careers initiatives across a large volume population to maximise and build careers. The following specialist areas are in scope for this role: Graduates, Apprenticeships, relevant external initiatives.
The client are really looking for a specialist candidate who can manage their grads and also their apprentices which will also include EVP, branding, attraction, external relationships and training & support needed for them. It's a really exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate in this area and the firm have got a large number of grads starting over the next few months.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate must have experience of working within an Early Careers role previously and must have experience of implementing programmes for graduates and apprenticeships as well as the kick start programmes.
