SABA E-Learning Systems Lead

Morgan Philips are working with a well known company to search for a SABA E-Learning Systems Lead to join them on a perm basis paying up to £65,000 per annum.  

The SABA E-Learning Systems Lead will manage a small team within the wider Learning team and will be accountable for leading the management, design and governance of our capability systems ecosystem and associated platforms. You will ensure they are robust and able to deliver against the people strategy with an eye on future enhancements and integration to deliver the desired employee experience and service. You will provide expert guidance and support to the HR teams and key stakeholders, on system and system related process matters and developments. Driving strategic decision making and recommendations within the business through the production and analysis of MI to create insightful interpretations that support business objectives. 

The successful candidate will have have detailed experience of managing learning ecosystems/architecture to help deliver modern learning environments as well as proven experience working with Saba Learning Management System as a lead / Platform designer covering the full SABA modules suite including Learning, Succession, Performance, & Talent.  You will have the ability to manage and meet deadlines with a high level of problem-solving skills and proven experience of how you can demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects with ambitious deadlines.  You will have experience of managing associated continuous improvement projects, be systems and process driven and have experience in using data to drive future improvements, Project management knowledge with the ability to structure, plan, control, and co-ordinate multiple tasks, and experience of effectively managing 3rd party suppliers to Service Level Agreements / Contractual obligations.
