We're looking for candidates that can work well under pressure within a fast paced, busy environment. You'll support the Talent Acquisition team with all administration, ensuring candidates have the best possible experience and that interviews are coordinated across multiple countries and time zones.

Client Details

I am so happy to be representing this client. A global manufacturing business that have and continue to work tirelessly to add value within the medical industry. You will be part of a small, close knit and supportive team adding value to the TA function.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the TA team with all day to day administration and coordination of candidate documents and compliance. You will be required to have excellent attention to detail and organisation to allow you to successfully coordinate interviews across a number of countries and time zones.

Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the EMEA Canada Talent Acquisition team, you will be working alongside the talented Candidate Experience Coordinator through an exciting but challenging period of growth.

You will provide vital administration and coordination support to the team across all areas of recruiting, including but not limited to scheduling interviews across multiple time zone in EMEAC, venue and travel coordination, support the processing of invoices and, management of spend reporting and tracking.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Good eye for detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Learn and navigate systems and have proven skills across all MS Office programs
  • Your customer focus and your ability to jump in to help your colleagues will never go unrecognised

Currently remote working but will eventually require 1-2 days in the office in Wythenshawe.

£20,000 - £22,000

9 months FTC initially - Looking to interview asap
