We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join our banking client on a full-time permanent basis in Central London.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support a range of generous responsibilities, where you will provide advice and guidance to line managers on ER issues such as employment law, disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, absence management, as well as managing all recruitment, L&D and rewards activity for your client group.
A key responsibility will be the management of the SMCR process for the bank in conjunction with Compliance therefore it is essential you have this experience.
