Salary £50,000 - £60,000 - Central London based with hybrid working

The world's leading provider of premium private education for children up to the end of secondary stage. A very fast-growing organisation (soon to be 100 schools with 100,000 pupils) backed by significant private equity.
Description
Joining the Talent and OD team in managing the design and delivery of effective Talent strategies, with emphasis on Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning and Performance Management
Profile
- Significant experience of designing and delivering Talent Development strategies across a global (or other very large / very complex) organisation
- Background in highly commercial environments (e.g. consultancy businesses or Professional / Financial Services)
- Significant and demonstrable experience of designing and delivering Leadership Development programmes, as well as Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Succession Planning
- Experience of incorporating Equality, Diversity and Inclusion desirable
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ad hoc projects / project management (strong on Excel)
- Psychometric testing qualification (Level B)
- Occupational psychology background
- Coaching background strongly desirable
