Job Details
Working as an operational Reward SME, reporting into the Head of Reward & Wellbeing you will take the lead within this small Reward team for delivery of all Compensation activity, and also some key Benefits and associated project work. This role works collaboratively alongside our Reward Manager – Benefits & Wellbeing, to deliver a Reward & Wellbeing programme reflective of a market leading global organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Reward Manager (or potentially a strong Senior Reward Analyst looking for their next ‘step up’). To succeed in this role you’ll be up for a challenge - a ‘disruptive’ thinker - resilient - comfortable working within a complex, fast paced environment - highly numerate, with an aptitude for translating complex data into meaningful insights for the target audience - a polished communicator (both written/verbally) at all stakeholder levels - commercially astute – highly organised and effective planner.
The core focus of this role is to take ownership of and deliver all cyclical compensation activity, including annual pay review and bonus, as well as job evaluation activity across all roles within the organisation. To do so it is essential that you are already well established in (and enjoy!) using the Willis Towers Watson methodology and can reference and evidence this throughout your career. Experience of managing group risk benefits (GIP,GLA etc), TUPEs and pension would be a distinct advantage. Previous Financial Services regulatory environment exposure would also be advantageous.
The role is based in Peterborough, so frequent travel to this location is required particularly at the outset and we are open to discussion on hybrid working arrangements.
The reward package includes:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- 25 days’ holiday
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Pension
- Company wellbeing programme
