HR Advisor - Temp to Perm - Education Sector - Hybrid Working
Your new company
You'll be working within the education sector on a hybrid basis between the Cardiff city centre campus and home.
Your new role
As HR Advisor you'll pay a pivotal role within the operational HR Team. Key responsibilities will be centred around employee relations including sickness, absence and performance reviews. HR Advisors also take responsibility with recruitment and resourcing duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a confident HR generalist with experience at a similar level. You'll need to hold a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience. Due to the type of organisation, all roles are subject to an enhanced DBS clearance.
What you'll get in return
You'll join on an initial temporary contract with a view to joining the business on a permanent basis. The equivalent full time salary is £27K. You'll also benefit from flexible hybrid working and a generous holiday allowance.
