A successful organisation in the Retail Industry is now looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team. You will be joining a supportive team with great training and progression. This position is based in Stevenage with some travel require.
The successful HR Administrator responsibilities:
- Being first point of contact for employees on any HR enquires
- Working closely to support different teams including Payroll, HR Business Partners, Resourcing and Rewards & Benefits teams etc
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Manage employee life-cycle
A successful HR Administrator Candidate:
- Worked within a HR function or internship
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Lives locally to Stevenage
- Working towards CIPD
