Part Time (2.5-3 Days), Human Resources Advisor, Norfolk, Circa £27k (pro-rata) within Tourism Sector


Your new company
Your new company specialises in local, and international, tour-guided holidays. On a part-time basis, this family run business is looking for a part-time HR advisor to join their team on a 2.5-3-day contract. You will support the programmes and processes that add value to the business, including improving employee welfare, growth, retention, and performance.

Your new role
As part of your new role, you'll be operating as a hands-on member of the HR team. Whilst offering an open-door policy, you'll be providing generalist HR support, driving best practice, and raising staff and team performance. Additionally, you'll be upholding staff wellbeing, and resolving any HR issues swiftly, and effectively.

With the support of the management team, you'll be ensuring the department runs smoothly. As part of your responsibilities, you'll be managing policy, assisting in yearly reviews, recruitment, induction and employee training, as well as introducing succession planning, salary bench marking, and a employee benefits system.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have a proven track record of HR experience, either through employment history, or qualifications. You'll also need to have a good understanding of employment law.

Additionally, you'll have a confident and professional attitude, robust communication skills, and a 'can do' attitude! You'll be able to demonstrate high levels of empathy, organisational skills, and role initiative.
