My client, a global investment management business, have a brand new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis.

With a diverse and dynamic network of offices across the globe this role will be responsible for managing hiring across their European offices.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving the recruitment strategy, managing delivery as well as taking a lead on key project work.

  • Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles through multiple channels
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience
  • Schedule and coordination of virtual interviews
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews
  • Update candidate status in applicant tracking system
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focusing on:
    • DEI (diversity, equality, inclusion)
    • Process efficiency's
    • Employer branding
    • Implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
    • Support their social media presence


  • Experience of sourcing and corporate recruitment
  • Proven achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources
  • Business relationship skills
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • A self-starting nature
  • Creative thinking
