HR/ER Advisor - Watford - £40-42,000 plus benefits
Our client is a global organisation that is looking for an HR/ER Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.. Reporting into the HR Manager you will work closely with people leaders across all functions providing and implementing HR support aligned to the corporate HR policies and processes.
You will be responsible for providing advice, support and coaching to manages and employees across the full range of employment policies including performance management, development career and performance capabilities.
The role will provide advice and support to the HR BPs in relation to projects linked to Organisational design. M&A activity, restructuring, development and change activities
It will focus on both individual and collective relationships, supporting and coaching people managers to establish trust-based relationship with employees and to mange employee relations issues
You will need the following experience:-
- Good working knowledge of employment laws
- EMEA experience
- Previous HR experience working at a generalist level. Ideally operating in a Shared Services HR model
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills. Must be innovative and proactive in a fast paced environment
