Resourcing Business Partner

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a well-established client on their search for a Resourcing Business Partner. This role will be on a permanent basis, with national travel up and down the west of the country.

The post-holder will be responsible for developing, shaping and delivering the Resourcing and On boarding Plan for the designated Regions/Discipline to implement a tailored recruitment strategy for each area.

Role responsibilities:

·Build collaborative relationships with the SMT and key stakeholders to understand the requirements for all assigned vacancies and business growth
·Manage a team of Field Based Resourcers and Recruitment & Onboarding Administrators to deliver the plan on the ground, minimising delay across the selection and onboarding process in line with Regulatory and Compliance requirements
·Source, provide and present regular recruitment metrics, management information and statutory reporting
·Work alongside HR, Operations and Finance to ensure that all Recruitment plans and spend are commercially robust, delivering the best ROI for the Region
·Provide hands on operational support across the end to end recruitment and onboarding cycle – through all stages including approval, attraction, selection, offer and pre-employment checks

About you:

·Experience as a strong Recruiter – as an in-house, agency recruiter or similar, field based role
·Flexible attitude and the ability to pick up multiple and competing priorities
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong decision-making and negotiating skills
·Resilient and proactive – keen to go the extra mile with creativity and persistence
·Creative and innovative – with the indepth knowledge to source and retain candidates with originality and professionalism
