I'm recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Lead for a new start-up organisation in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be an experienced strategic recruiter, used to influencing and ideal someone who has worked in start-up organisations!
Client Details
I'm delighted to be support this new and exciting organisation based in Leeds who are in 'start-up mode'. The role will work in a hybrid model and a mix of working from home and at least 2-3 days per week in Leeds.
Description
The key focus of this interim role is to work with the senior leaders in the business, focusing on short, medium and long-term recruitment strategy, whilst establishing a new recruitment system, T&Cs and on-boarding strategy.
The role will also manage a Recruitment Specialist.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a strong experience of having worked in a Senior Recruitment position. Being used to start-up modes and starting recruitment functions from scratch would be ideal!
You will be expected to be in the Leeds office up to 3 days per week.

PAYE £450 per day
