HR Co-ordinator

  • Temporary 2-month position
  • Up to £15.50 per hour
  • 36 hours per week

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised HR Co-ordinator to work on a 2-month temporary basis with an organisation in the education sector. In this role you will be responsible for providing a broad range of generalist HR and payroll support and administration.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting employees by responding to HR related queries and as necessary escalate to appropriate HR colleagues.
  • Update and maintain HR databases, files and case management systems in order to provide accurate records and high-level service in line with GDPR.
  • Provide timely processing and production of all HR and payroll lettering, including: interview packs, starter paperwork, contracts of employment, and other HR related lettering.
  • Produce monthly payroll data and ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll.
  • Support all people managers in their responsibilities of employee lifecycle.
  • Provide meeting planning, notes and minutes to provide accurate records of discussion and decisions taken.

The person:

  • Proven experience in a HR administrative role.
  • Proven experience in using and maintaining HR and Management Information system.
  • Experience of providing standard HR related documentation.
  • Payroll experience
  • Strong attention to detail and be highly organised.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment and manage time in order to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Communication skills. Ability to present information clearly, concisely, accurately and in ways that promote understanding.
  • Strong IT skills
