Reward Analyst
Location: Remote working/ Manchester
Salary: £35,000 plus benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, pension and 25 days holiday, season ticket loans, gym memberships, health assessments, cycle to work, retail vouchers, a buy as you earn share scheme.

Macmillan Davies are once again delighted to be partnering with this global professional services firm this time in their search for a Reward Analyst to work in the People Investment team within the Manchester office.
As a Reward Analyst role you will provide advice on the day-to-day compensation and benefits operations to the wider People Investment department.
Sitting within Performance, Reward and MI, the Reward Analyst will be involved in the benefits renewal, health and wellbeing programme, performance reviews, salary benchmarking and the annual pay and bonus review cycle. You will be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders including senior managers, our benefits broker and a wide range of providers.

To be considered for this role you will have;

*Skills, Knowledge and Expertise in the field of HR with some specialist reward experience.
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities are essential.
*Proven track record of involvement across the annual reward cycle including the benefits renewal, pay & bonus review cycles, sourcing/collating market data.
*A good knowledge and understanding of a wide range of benefits and pensions, including the key legislation governing these.
*Experience of working in a dynamic business environment with evidence of contributing to the implementation of a national strategy (international experience an advantage but not essential).
*Possess strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills; be able to interpret and analyse data, question and articulate the purpose of the MI being produced.
