Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit for an interim HR Advisor role based near Kensington. This is a full time role looking for a start in October, with a salary of up to £37k.
This is a remote role until January of next year, there will then be an expectation to get into the office January onwards. The role will be ideally starting in October and finishing in October 2022.
Th HR Advisor role will support HR Business Partners in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to the departments by providing informed and tailored advice on a range of people management activities and processes.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Provide first line generalist HR Advise and support HR policies and procedures.
·Provide advice and guidance on job design, recruitment, on boarding and staff development, advising on best practise and appropriate legislation.
·Provide HR Advice and support for ER casework where necessary.
·Coach and train managers in the application of a range of HR procedures in accordance with employment legislation.
·Contribute to the effective management of organisational changes including restructures, new/revised terms and conditions and redundancies.
We are looking for:
·CIPD qualified minimum level 5.
·Proven generalist experience gained within a complex, unionised environment.
·Ideally HR experience gained within the public sector/higher education.
·Good working knowledge of Employment Law.
·Ideally degree qualified or relevant experience gained.
·Digital literacy skills including excel.
·Available for a september start.
