This is a standalone role, reporting to the Directors of the company. The successful HR Officer will need to demonstrate integrity, the ability to be self-motivated, resourceful and confident.

Client Details

Our client are a leading provider of Internal and External Doors. They have been supplying the house builder with quality doors, hardware and associated products for over 30 years.

Description

The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:

  • Managing the HR Management System
  • Payroll Administrative duties
  • End to end recruitment processes including employee inductions
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed by all departments and identify areas of improvement
  • Supporting senior management with employee grievances, implementing disciplinary procedures and conducting performance reviews
  • Conducting KPI reports
  • Keeping up to date with employment law knowledge

Profile

The successful HR Officer will be:

* Experienced working in a HR generalist role
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* Strong administrative skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good computer IT skills, ability to use M/S excel, word and outlook with experience of computerised data entry systems
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet demands, targets and deadlines
* Experience using Myhrtoolkit would be desirable but not essential

Job Offer

Full Time & Permanent Position + 37.5 hours per week + £25,750 per annum.
