Job Details

The HR Administrator will join a growing HR team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to be made permanent. The HR Administrator will provide administration support for the wider HR team, whilst building strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders. You'll provide a customer-focused HR service and will ensure that all HR administration is completed accurately and to the required standard.

My client is a leading Digital Services organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new starters on the system
  • Managing employment contracts
  • Issuing terms and conditions to new starters
  • Issuing confirmation letters
  • Processing leavers on the system
  • Monitoring employees on maternity leave
  • Issuing reference requests for new employees
  • Completing employment reference requests for leavers
  • Create new starter files
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Running audit reports


Candidate profile:

  • Strong Administration experience
  • Excellent communication and skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Job Offer

What's on offer:

  • Salary - £20,000 - £21,000
  • Full-time working hours - 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Potential to be made permanent
