Your new company

This organisation seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their developing and growing organisation offers a first class for the Healthcare sector. It is their mission to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our work and service. Supported by years of experience and extensive industry knowledge, they are confident in their ability to provide a level of service that will surpass their customers' expectations. This opportunity will report into the Managing Director and sit as part of the senior leadership team and offer the ability to add value and develop a long-term people strategy.

Your new role

To understand and implement appropriate policies within the organisation and to liaise and cooperate with the Group HR activities when necessary.
To accurately update and maintain the personnel files of all employees, ensuring all sensitive and confidential data is processed with the GDPR guidelines.
To carry out interviews, inductions, coordinate and administer any associated supporting documentation including coordination of and inducting new employees.
To provide support directly to the Management team with activities associated with development of the specific functional area.
Such activities may include: Review of skills requirements, training needs analysis, coordination of development activities, supporting the PDR process, succession planning.
Maintain an up to date system (Entropy) where appropriate with new starters and leavers.
To liaise with all managers and the Managing Director with the company concerning all HR issues.
To manage and maintain Management HR Reports for local and Group requirements.
To co-ordinate the completion of Performance and Development Reviews by all Managers and to arrange and investigate training requirements and opportunities in line with the business policy as a result of these meetings.
To attend Group HR meetings and workshops as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a strong HR generalist background, ideally have manufacturing/engineering or a retail background and have a proven track record in managing a HR function.
